We came for a first visit with my four kids after our dentist retired. The lobby needs improvement as it is the first impression of the patients and their parents. However the back was much better and my kids were treated kindly and promptly by staff so we will be returning.

Overall usually a very good experience. Yesterday they were way over booked I spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room. I watched families come in well after us and leave before we even got called back. For a cleaning at that! Had I been over an hour late we wouldn't have been seen but we are expected to wait that long is crazy. And we've waited before in the past but never that long. Other than that they are on point, friendly staff, cater to the kids needs and are patient with the children. But that wait was too long I hope they don't over book like that all the time. The waiting area could use a good cleaning or updating as well.. but again you don't always go places that are good to and with children so that's a huge plus

Went here 2 years ago for an appointment and a sedated precedure and everything went fine both times. Now we have come back for an appointment we waited an hour and a half till we were sent back and now a 2nd appointment for a procedure and still waiting an hour later this time. Lady at front desk isn't real pleasant. Always have problems getting through on the phone and my daughter's records were mixed up in the system. If we ever get in, we will be switching dentists after this. Also on top of the long waits they have signs all over the office stating they can refuse service if you are late.

They are great with my autistic son but the length of time we were there was far too long. He was put under and wasn't allowed to eat or drink. The appointment was at 11am but they didnt even put him under until around 3pm. That's more than 16 hours without food or drink for a 7 year old.

22$ for an emergency visit! My toddler had a filling fall out Thursday night. He woke up the next morning with tooth pain... try telling a toddler he has to deal with it until Monday morning. Both our family dentist and our pediatric dentist are closed on Fridays with no after hour numbers. Every single pediatric dentist on our insurance plan was out of office that day. So I called Jamboree. They got us an appt within an hour of calling. Staff was super friendly. It did take about an hour to get back to see someone but I'd wait again for the service we were given. Mr Matt the hygienist was great with my 3 yr old. Quick and efficient. Plus who would complain about a 22$ emergency office visit fee for self paying families? Can't beat their prices! Can't beat their service either.
